Company Overview
Founded in 1999 by Devendra Somnath Pandya with a dream and vision, Sheetal Medicare Products Pvt. Ltd.( Now Sheetal Medicare Products Ltd.) began its journey rooted in Ayurvedic excellence. After establishing Sheetal Ayurved Bhandar, a venture dedicated to trading and supplying raw materials alongside running an Ayurvedic store, Mr. Pandya took the next step by setting up a manufacturing unit in a D+ zone in Wada.
Under his leadership, Sheetal introduced its own brand featuring popular products such as Sitolex, Dibet, Arthofix, and many others. The company’s commitment to quality soon attracted top players in the Ayurveda industry, leading to contract manufacturing partnerships with renowned names like Zandu, Emami, Vicco, Vardhaman Exports, and Baidyanath.
Today, Sheetal boasts a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility spanning over 5 acres, a strong and healthy job work clientele, and a top-notch proprietary brand. With a growing global presence, the company proudly exports to 4+ countries, continuing its legacy of excellence in Ayurveda.

Devendra Somnath Pandya is a visionary leader in the field of Ayurveda, with over 35 years of experience and a strong family background in Ayurvedic practices. He began his journey in 1981 by founding M/s. Sheetal Pharma Chem, a proprietary concern that supplied raw materials for Ayurvedic medicines. His passion for Ayurveda led him to establish five retail shops in Mumbai, dedicated to offering high-quality Ayurvedic products to the community.
In 1999, Mr. Pandya founded Sheetal Medicare Products Pvt. Ltd. (now Sheetal Medicare Products Ltd.), furthering his commitment to Ayurvedic excellence. Under his leadership, the company introduced its own brand featuring popular products such as Sitolex, Dibet, and Arthofix.
As the Chairman and Managing Director of Sheetal Ayurved Bhandar Pvt. Ltd. and Sheetal Medicare Products Pvt. Ltd., Mr. Pandya has refined sourcing and procurement processes to ensure the highest quality of Ayurvedic products. His dedication to promoting the benefits of Ayurvedic medicine has made a significant impact on the industry and the well-being of countless individuals.
